Great news!! Governing magazine took home the Gold for Government Coverage at the annual Azbee Awards of Excellence held yesterday in Chicago!
and
Emergency Management magazine took home three awards: Honorable Mention as Magazine of the Year; Silver for Overall Typography and another Silver for Feature Article (written by Elaine Pittman)!
All are incredible feats considering the large number of entries each year.
The Azbee Awards honor Editorial, Design, and Digital Excellence and are given by the American Society of Business Publication Editors (ASBPE). Founded in 1964, it’s the professional association for full-time and freelance editors and writers employed in the business, trade, and specialty press.
